Delete your Blati account.

From the app

Profile → Delete account, then confirm with your password. The account is deleted at once.

Without the app

1. Write to us with the words “Delete my account” and the phone number of your account.
2. We may ask you to confirm from that phone number, so that nobody else can delete your account.
3. We delete the account and confirm it to you, within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

Your account and your profile (name, phone number, photo, addresses, craft and area), your messages, the photos and videos of your requests, and your sessions.

What is kept

The records of completed jobs (dates, service, amounts, invoices and platform fees), without your name or phone number, for as long as the law requires. If a job is in progress, or a craftsman still owes fees, the account is deleted once the job is closed and the fees are settled.
