How do I pay?

In cash, directly to your craftsman, once the work is done and for the amount you approved. Blati never asks for your card or bank details.

How is the price set?

The craftsman looks at the job on site, then sends an invoice from the app: parts and labor. Work starts only once you approve it, and you can ask for one revision.

Can I cancel?

At any time before a craftsman accepts. After that, you ask to cancel, and the request is cancelled automatically if there is no answer within five minutes.

Who sees my address?

Before a craftsman accepts, only your commune shows. After that, only the craftsman who accepted sees your full address and your location.

What do craftsmen pay Blati?

A platform fee, recorded after each completed job. The balance and every movement are shown in the app.
